1. Every inclement weather cancellation will be a Synchronous Learning day, EXCEPT for a cancellation that occurs in the first two weeks of the school year or is otherwise determined to be an Asynchronous day by school officials.

2. Synchronous Learning: Lessons are delivered LIVE by the teacher at a designated scheduled time (schedules are posted below); teachers will be available during the live session or via email for questions during typical school day hours. All Synchronous Learning lessons will be recorded and posted to Canvas. Recordings will be posted for at least 1 week following the Synchronous Learning Day.

3. Asynchronous Learning: Lessons are posted, and teachers are available for questions via email during typical school day hours. All lessons are due within 3 days of the Asynchronous Learning Day.

   
   

4. During Synchronous Learning we request that all students attend class during the designated time listed on the schedule. If students do not attend the live session (on camera) they will be marked absent for the class period.
   

5. Students are asked to have their camera turned on and be appropriately clothed. This means not wearing pajamas or clothing that would not be allowed when attending school in person. Synchronous Learning Days are considered a school day and we ask students to follow the same guidelines as attending regular school.
   

6. When posting cancellations on local news outlets, we have no other option but to choose "ELearning". Please check your emails for messages that will give guidance about Synchronous and Asynchronous Learning Days.
   

7. All students will find their meeting links and assignments posted on Canvas.
   

8. Teachers may be contacted via their school email address.
   

9. All work will be designed so that it may be completed without the assistance of an adult.
